Must agree to their Cookie/Privacy Policy but wont let you see it.

Upon opening the app for the first time, I was given a choice to agree to their "Privacy & Cookie Policy" or not play. Curious as to what exactly this policy contained, I tried to open it so I could read what all this company was up to, but it wouldnt open & let me read it!
Im reporting this to Apple. I cant believe this received choice pick or whatever! Sounds very dishonest & sneaky to me...
P.S. I think these policies need to be presented upfront, before you ever buy or download an app.
Better yet, put it in the description. Its a waste of time & phone memory.
