Great game, until I switched phones

Ive been playing this game on and off for almost a year, and I was close to the end. Then I broke my phone, and realized that the only thing saved on Game Center is my achievements. I finally decided to start from the beginning, but Ive had constant tech issues. The walk-through freezes when Im supposed to click on the map. I finally got it to work after deleting and reloading the app a couple of times. Then once I got to regular game play, I found that I cant select any of the tools on the left of the screen. I can scroll through them, but tapping on them does nothing. This whole experience is so frustrating!

2 stars because it IS a good game, when you can get it to work
